Our Partnership

DAO Consulting Group is a mentor-protegé, joint venture partnership between Alpha & Omega and Diaconia, LLC. The intent of this collaboration is to work together to magnify the positive impact that our teams can have on government missions.

Founded in 2016 by CEO Gautam Ijoor, Alpha Omega has grown from a start-up to a $140 million per year information technology company. This consistent high growth has resulted in a series of year-over-year awards, including the Inc. 5000 and the Washington Technology Fast 50 and increasingly deep verticals in national security, foreign affairs, and climate science.

Founded in 2021 by CEO Praveen Singalla, Diaconia, LLC is an SBA-certified, 8a small business that has solidified a reputation for service, integrity and trustworthiness among agency clients. Diaconia teams design, implement, and maintain support solutions that span government technology challenges. Officially certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’, and honored by Inc. 5000 every year since 2021.
